Can Grandparents open an account for their grandchild?
Only if the grandparent has full legal parental responsibility for the child. Only a parent or Guardian of the child is permitted to open a Junior ISA Account on behalf of the Child. Once the Junior ISA Account is active, anyone including grandparents can contribute towards the account.

Our Sharia Junior ISA fund is available to everyone and not just Muslims. Many Muslims prefer to invest inline with the Islamic Investment Guidelines and we offer this fund as it also complies with Sharia law but it is not an exclusive fund and anyone can invest in it no matter what their nationality is.
